SIC is a real estate developer of reference for projects in the Milan metropolitan area. It develops innovative projects that improve the surrounding urban fabric by combining the highest technological standards with the lowest environmental impact.

Objectives

  • AWARENESS: ensuring complete and correct knowledge of the Group and its spheres of action at the target market.
  • POSITIONING: communicating the Group’s history, values and presided activities effectively.
  • IMAGE: ensuring the correct declination of the Group’s value identity in all communication channels identified as necessary.
  • SALES SUPPORT: getting more and more key stakeholders to turn to SIC for the different types of services offered (sales support projects + customer retention).

Journey

  • Initial strategic consulting (analysis of market, competitors, target consumer, offer, positioning).
  • Identification of key messages to be enhanced.
  • Drafting of a Marketing Roadmap document containing indications of the strategic direction to be taken at the marketing and communication level.
  • Declination of the new Social Media Strategy.
  • Construction of the proposed annual Marketing Plan with definition of the necessary resources and related budget.
  • Planning of the Marketing and Communication activities identified as priorities.
  • Coordination of their implementation, with particular focus on everything related to:

  • Complete management of budget allocated on marketing activities.
