What we lived in 2020 was a “reactive” change, in an emergency situation, where everyone was forced to adapt to new norms and answer to renewed consumer needs.
We learnt to work in an “agile” manner, to give the right importance to digital and omnichannel integration and to admit the key role of marketing in any business.
Now it’s the moment if an “active” change: we don’t know when, neither how, but we know that the Normal we will end up to will be a New Normal (and in the meantime the transition phase is going to last for long).
For this reason it’s essential to recognize the need to move immediately, to readjust the strategy and be able to catch the opportunities hidden in current and future challenges.
The potential consumer has to be involved considering his new demands and, in order to do so, regardless the reference industry and the business dimension, we need to:
- move fast, but in a prepared manner
- stay constantly up to date
- develop new efficient and effective solutions
- monitor results in a dynamic way
