Hello, I'm Elena.

I grew up in the world of marketing: more than 16 years of experience, 12 of them inside global beauty and lifestyle houses like L'Oréal Groupe, Salvatore Ferragamo, Coty and The Swatch Group. That's where I learnt, from the inside, how brands are really built, launched and grown.

In 2021 I founded M.net Consulting to bring that corporate rigor into a more agile, entrepreneurial setting, backed by a solid network built within the Italian business landscape. I work as a strategic and operational partner, following projects from vision to execution and results: I don't just suggest ideas, I make sure they happen in the right way and at the right time. “THINK AHEAD. ACT NOW.” is the motto that guides my work. Having lived this business from within, I know where time and budget really count, and what makes a brand grow: one eye on where a brand is heading in the next 12 to 24 months, one on what it must do in the next 30 days. That double focus is what turns vision into results.

As a woman entrepreneur, I believe in the power of investing in yourself. I'm a firm believer in neuroplasticity and I've experienced it first-hand: change your mindset and you can change the course of things. It's what carried me from corporate to founder, and what I apply every day, in business and in life.

Beyond business, curiosity is what drives my days: I never stop learning or challenging myself, always chasing new ideas and perspectives, something I carry straight into my work. A lifelong lover of travel, I'm energized by discovery in every form. Whether it's planning a new trip or shaping a structured marketing consultancy, nothing excites me more than a new project, a chance to bring valuable insight while enriching my own experience and knowledge.
