VAIA is a B Corp founded in the Dolomites, born from the idea of transforming a wound in the landscape into an opportunity for rebirth. After the storm of 2018, the founders chose to give new life to that wood by creating design objects, starting with the iconic VAIA Cube, the sale of which promises the planting of a new tree for each piece. Nowadays, VAIA is expanding its circular economy model that regenerates territories through new projects that will involve new communities and territories.

Objectives

  • Brand awareness: raising awareness of the new VAIA project focused on recovering olive trees destroyed by Xylella, enhancing the connection with the Apulian territory and using it as a strategic lever to increase overall brand knowledge and recognition;
  • Brand positioning: consolidating VAIA’s positioning as a reference point in environmental regeneration and the enhancement of natural heritage through design, while expanding its presence to Southern Italy as well;
  • Lead generation: generating qualified leads and converting them into new sales by engaging companies, institutions, and local communities. Contributing concretely to restoring value to the local context and creating a positive impact on the social and economic fabric.

Journey

  • Initial strategic counseling (market analysis, competitors, target consumer, offer, positioning);
  • Identification of key messages to be enhanced;
  • Drafting of a Marketing Roadmap document containing indications of the strategic direction to be taken at the marketing and communication level;
  • Construction of the proposed annual Marketing Plan with definition of the necessary resources and related budget;
  • Planning of Marketing and Communication activities identified as priorities;
  • Coordination of their implementation, with particular focus on everything related to:
    • Social media;
    • Shooting and Content Creation;
    • Lead generation;
    • Website/Newsletter;
    • Digital PR;
    • Merchandising;
    • Events;
    • Co-marketing;
  • Complete management of the budget allocated on marketing activities;
  • Constant monitoring of results.
