  • Brand Awareness: increase awareness of Litta Palace as a reference point for high-quality all-around experiences, expanding the audience beyond the current clientele and using new communication channels both online and offline to attract national and international guests;
  • Brand Positioning: become “top of mind” for guests seeking an exclusive experience that combines comfort, high-end services, gourmet cuisine, and a focus on customer care, positioning itself as the preferred destination for those who want a refined and memorable experience;
  • Lead Generation: increase the number of direct bookings for Litta Palace, not only for business and leisure stays or for events and meetings, but also for shorter occasions dedicated to clientele from the surrounding area (ie. restaurant, brunch, evenings, pool).

  • Initial strategic counseling (analysis of market, competitors, target consumer, offer, positioning);
