Vanni Gourmet offers high-end Personal Chef services.
The main business is in private homes, although the demand for Catering service is also growing.
It also opened Kitchen Lab in mid-2023: the chef welcomes guests into his “home” to arrange a private lunch or dinner for up to 16 people from the same group.

Objectives

Brand Awareness: increase awareness of Vanni Gourmet as a personal chef and of Kitchen Lab as a location to organize a private dinner, beyond the current Brescian audience and with additional channels than those activated so far.
Brand Positioning: become “top of mind” when thinking about the possibility of organizing high-end dinners with a personal chef accustomed to serving a premium clientele
Lead Generation: get more and more people to be driven to Vanni Gourmet for its Personal Chef and Private Catering services with the medium/long-term goal of scaling the business with more chefs under the brand.

  • Initial strategic consulting (market analysis, competitors, target consumer, offer, positioning);
